Ashiatsu: 75 Minutes $190 / 90 Minutes $225

Inspired by Eastern massage techniques Ashiatsu (“Ashi=foot, “atsu=pressure”) is an effective treatment for chronic neck and back pain. Similarly to standard Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, the client is without clothes and cream is used. This technique is performed on a wider than average massage table while therapist supports herself with an overhead wooden bar system from the ceiling to maximize muscular compression and apply broad consistent pressure. Pressure can be 3x more than standard massage with hands BUT its flat and broad, NOT sharp. If you like deep massage you will LOVE this exotic treatment.

Thai Massage: 75 Minutes $190 / 90 Minutes $225

Thai Massage can be preformed at the office or brought into the comfort of your home. It is a combination of assisted stretching and compressions using feet, palms, knees, forearms and elbows. This mat-based style of bodywork is performed on the floor as the therapist moves the client into a variety of stretches designed to increase the blood and range of motion in the joints and soft tissue. No oils are used during the session and the client remains fully clothed. The focus is primarily in the legs and larger muscle groups of the body. To get the most out of the session the client should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Thai Massage benefits include overall relaxation, improved range of motion & flexibility, pain reduction and enhanced mind/body connection.

Signature Massage: 60 Minutes $155 / 75 Minutes $190

The signature is exceptionally unique and specifically tailored to each individual client. Depending on your preference, the function of the massage can vary from relaxing to therapeutic. Soft relaxing music, a warm table, and long full body Swedish strokes could be used to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system allowing your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. Or, if you prefer a therapeutic style of massage, several technical modalities including Ashiatsu, Thai Massage and deep tissue techniques will be used to meet your needs. Of course, a combination of the two is the best of both worlds.

Prenatal Massage: 60 Minutes $155 / 75 Minutes $190 / 90 Minutes $225

Prenatal massage is intended to nurture our expecting mothers while their bodies are hard at work growing babies. This massage can also help to soothe some of the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. It can also provide time for the new mama to relax and unwind

Reiki/ Energetic Vibrational Therapy: 60 Minutes / $75

A relaxing energetic session to help soothe the mind, bring clarity, and rebalance the energetic centers. This is especially for those who might have tried all the physical treatments out there, but are still feeling they need “something more or different.” Often times I have found simplifying things and getting back to the molecular level will help in whatever alignment it is I am encountering. For example I have used this treatment for years helping women receive their moon time. This work is sublet yet very powerful. Light touch, breath work, oils and sound are used to aid in moving energy through the body.
