Ashiatsu: 75 Minutes $155 / 90 Minutes $175

Ashiatsu is Japanese meaning “foot pressure" also known or what I like to call “barefoot massage.” Ashiatsu is a technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. The therapist works with gravity instead of against it. Ashiatsu massage therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client. Cream is lightly applied to the clients body making this deep therapeutic massage fluid and relaxing, similar to Swedish or Deep tissue except with a therapists feet. Above the table are a set of parallel bars used for balance, support and overall safety of both client and therapist.

If you are in need of relaxation or enjoy deep tissue work, but do not enjoy the discomfort that comes with pointy elbows and fingers, then an Ashiatsu barefoot massage will suit you well. I love to describe Ashi as “spreading butter over warm toast, rather than chiseling cold ice.” Ashi is a great choice for those who are muscular or have bigger bodies. If desired, gravity enables the massage therapist to deliver up to 3x deeper pressure than with traditional hands-on treatments with less residual soreness. My clients enjoy extra range of movement and a decrease in chronic tension without having to endure painful, sharp strokes.

**If you have implants, varicose veins, have high blood pressure or any heart related ailment than a barefoot massage is NOT suitable for you.

Thai Yoga Massage: 75 Minutes $155 / 90 Minutes $175

Thai Yoga Massage is how I bring barefoot massage to you, in your home.

It has all the perks of Ashiatsu, plus a touch of Thai Yoga Massage. The difference is that I use a silk fabric strap tied a table that is on the floor to deliver therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques. This silk strap is used for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to the specific area of the body being worked on. The tension of the strap, combined with the broad surface of the foot facilitate less restriction and more ease and relaxation in the clients body. The client receives buttery Ashi strokes combined with the floor stretches you would find in a Traditional Thai Yoga Massage.

Swedish Massage: 60 Minutes $135 / 75 Minutes $155

Classic Swedish massage for those of you with a smaller frame and are looking for a massage more on the relaxing end of the scale. This massage is accompanied by with essential oils, reiki, acupressure. and sound healing.

Deep Tissue-Ashi assist: 60 Minutes $135 / 75 Minutes $155

This is a classic deep tissue massage with a hint of ashiatsu. I use my feet for only the large muscle groups or part of the massage and hands for the rest. This is a great way for someone who would like to try out Ashiatsu without having to commit to a full 90 minutes. This massage is designed for a client to experience only what they wish to experience with feet. They also have the option to change their mind in the middle of the massage.

Women’s Massage (Prenatal): 60 Minutes $135 / 75 Minutes $155 / 90 Minutes $175

This is a women’s specific massage. I offer this for women who have experienced trauma, have scaring, need general love and relaxation and those for who just want pampering. As well as for women who are pregnant, or have had their baby. Please feel free to bring baby or young child as needed. This massage is catered to needs of each woman and is accompanied by essential oils, and sound healing. It may be hands, feet or a combination.

Reiki/Light Running Vibrational Therapy: 60 Minutes / $75

A relaxing energetic session to help soothe the mind, bring clarity, and rebalance the energetic centers. This is especially for those who might have tried all the physical treatments out there, but are still feeling they need “something more or different.” Often times I have found simplifying things and getting back to the vibrational level will help in whatever alignment it is I am encountering. For example I have used this treatment for years helping women receive their moon time. This work is sublet yet very powerful. Light touch, breath work, oils and sound are used to aid in moving energy through the body.
